Le chef-d'œuvre nommé Portrait or Elisabeth Troost (1730-1790) a été peint par le peintre Georges van der Mijn in 1758. The original version of the masterpiece had the following size of hauteur: 54,7 cm largeur: 45,7 cm | hauteur: 21,5 po largeur: 18 po. Huile sur toile a été appliqué par l'artiste comme médium de l'œuvre d'art. Signed and dated: G. van der Mijn. 1748 is the painting's inscription. Furthermore, the artwork can be viewed in in the Mauritshuis collection, which the Mauritshuis is home to the best artworks of Dutch painting of the seventeenth century. The masterpiece, which is in the public domain is being provided with courtesy of Mauritshuis, La Haye. In addition to that, the artwork has the creditline: Cornelis Ploos van Amstel, Amsterdam, until 1798; Margaretha Sonmans, Moordrecht, 1798-1822; Meinouda Engelberts, The Hague, 1822-1832; sale London, Christie’s, 9 May 1910, lot 115; purchased with the support of private individuals, 1910.
