Description de l'oeuvre par Nationalmuseum Stockholm (© Droit d'auteur - Musée national de Stockholm - Nationalmuseum Stockholm)
English: Elegantly laid tables are a constant theme in Van Es’s still life paintings. Here everything is carefully arranged. In the middle is a large cheese reflected in a shiny pewter bowl. Among bread, oranges, and slices of ham, various expensive items are visible—a Chinese bowl, Venetian glassware, a knife with an ivory handle, and a nautilus trophy. These kinds of depictions of luxury and opulence have often been interpreted as having some sort of moralizing import. But perhaps the artist just wanted to show off his dazzling illusionistic technique.

- L'impression sur verre acrylique (avec revêtement en verre véritable sur le dessus): A glossy print on acrylic glass, which is often labelled as a an art print on plexiglass, changes your original work of art into home decoration. Additionally, the acrylic fine art print forms a viable alternative to aluminium or canvas prints. The work of art is being manufactured with the help of modern UV print machines. The effect of this are deep and vivid colors. The acrylic glass protects your selected art replica against light and heat for up to six decades.
- Impression dibond en aluminium (métal): This is a metal print manufactured on aluminium dibond material with an outstanding depth effect - for a modern impression and a non-reflective surface structure. The Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is your perfect introduction to art reproductions made with aluminum. The white and bright parts of the work of art shine with a silky gloss, however without glare. The colors of the print are luminous, the fine details of the print appear crisp, and the print has a a matte look you can literally feel. This UV print on aluminium is the most popular entry-level product and is a sophisticated way to display fine art reproductions, because it puts the viewer’s attention on the replica of the artwork.
- Toile: A canvas print, which shall not be confused with a painting on a canvas, is an image printed onto cotton canvas fabric. It creates the particular look of three-dimensionality. Also, a printed canvas produces a lively and appealing atmosphere. How do I hang a canvas on my wall? Canvas Prints have the great advantage of being relatively low in weight. This means, it is easy to hang up your Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suited for any type of wall.
- Affiche imprimée (matériau en toile): Les Artprinta poster is a printed sheet of canvas paper with a granular structure on the surface. A poster print is optimally suited for placing the art replica using a custom frame. Please note, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin 2-6 cm round about the work of art, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.

Informations importantes: We try the best we can in order to describe the art products as accurately as possible and to illustrate them visually. Still, the pigments of the print materials, as well as the print result can vary somehwat from the representation on the device's screen. Depending on the settings of your screen and the quality of the surface, colors can unfortunately not be printed 100% realistically. Considering that all fine art prints are printed and processed manually, there might as well be minor discrepancies in the size and exact position of the motif.
